There are special hazards associated with retractable sensors. To avoid accidents, always followthe manufacturer"s instructions for inserting and removing the sensor. 1 مقدمه

سنسورهای pH صنعتی را می­توان در خطوط لوله فرایند نصب نمود، درون مخزن یا حوضه آبگیر غوطه­ور ساخت، یا درون یک نمونه ریز آبه قرار داد. در یک ریز آبه، بخشی از مایع فرایند به طور پیوسته­ای از فرایند اصلی جدا شده و به سمت سنسور pH هدایت می­گردد. زمانی که دما و فشار مایع فرایند از درجه­بندی مجاز سنسور فراتر می­رود، سیستم­های ریز آبه موردنیاز می­باشند. پیش از رسیدن نمونه به سنسور، آن را سرد کرده و فشار را کاهش می­دهند. در یک ریز آبه، می­توان نمونه را به فرایند بازگرداند و یا به فاضلاب تخلیه نمود. سنسورهای قابل استرداد، که می­توان بدون متوقف نمودن سیستم آن­ها را از خطوط لوله فرایند جدا نمود، نیز محبوبیت دارند.
